Parental Alienation Study Group (PASG), is an international, not-for-profit corporation with about 800 members – mostly mental health and legal professionals – from 62 countries. They are organizing its 4th International Conference entitled “Protecting Family Ties After Separation” that will be held on September 9 and 10, 2021 in the European Parliament (Brussels). The conference theme is prevention.
Parental alienation sometimes occurs when parents engage in a high-conflict separation or divorce. Parental alienation means that the child has become enmeshed with one parent (the preferred parent) and has rejected a relationship with the other parent (the target parent) without legitimate justification.
Under the claim “Prevention is better than cure”, the conference will be simultaneously translated into French, Dutch, English and German.
All the information about the program and the speakers is already available on the conference website, as well as the form to request registration.
