As part of the public policy in favour of amicable settlement conducted by the Ministry of Justice, three senior magistrates, three lawyers and three renowned academics, joined by a notary, a court commissioner and a former consular judge, have been given the task by the Minister of Justice of visiting judicial jurisdictions to publicise the new amicable settlement tools and encourage professionals to use them, to participate in the creation and structuring of a national network of \u2018amicable justice\u2019 referents in the courts and training schools, to design tools to facilitate the use of amicable settlement mechanisms, to list local practices and to contribute to the promotion of good practices.
