The IP Mediation Conference brings together experts and practitioners to explore the latest trends and developments in mediation and alternative dispute resolution in the field of intellectual property.
The Boards of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual property Office (EUIPO), in cooperation with the EUIPO’s Academy, will host the fourth edition of the international IP Mediation Conference on 19 and 20 October 2023. The event will take place at the EUIPO’s headquarters in Alicante, Spain. It will also be possible to attend online.
Participants will include representatives from IP offices, EU institutions and policy makers, lawyers, in-house counsels and other IP practitioners, judges, leading mediation institutions, international industry sectors, owners of small businesses, international IP users, and ADR training providers and academia.
Language and Registration. The conference will be in English, but French, German, Italian and Spanish interpreters will be on hand to provide immediate translations.
